Recently featured on The Verge, it looks like a streamer believes he's aggregated scans of the manuals of every Super NES game and submitted them to the Internet Archive.
It looks like these are primarily North American manuals, but there are some PAL manuals too, and some manuals for other platforms.

Today's games themselves assume the duty of teaching you how to play them, but the careful reading of its manual before starting a new game was an exciting and engaging ritual. Manuals had their own loose mix of flow, artistry, grammar and humour.
